Here’s a video I put together for Earth Day last month, featuring a fun recipe from Spicebox Kitchen, for Quick Pickled Red Onions. These add a pop of color and zingy flavor to tacos, salads, sandwiches, really anything! The recipe is in Spicebox Kitchen, but it’s easy enough to follow along with the video.
