I’ve had a hurt foot for 4 months now, and it’s been challenging in so many ways. I decided to turn lemons into lemonade and share some tips which I hope will help others in the same boat.
I actually created this video two months ago, when I thought I’d only be out of commission for a month. It’s literally been one step forward, two steps back!

• Use grocery delivery
• Use pre-cut and frozen vegetables and protein
• Use frozen chopped onions, garlic and ginger paste, or dehydrated garlic and onions to add flavor without chopping
• Use spice blends (look out for sodium content)
• Use simple recipes
• Batch cook meals and freeze in portion sizes
