I am super excited to be part of this panel for Litquake on World Food Day, Oct 16, from 6-8 pm at Mechanics’ Institute in San Francisco: Savoring Stories. I’ll be with co-panelists Soleil Ho, Chef Tu David Phu, Viola Buitoni, and Maria Finn, moderated by Henry Hsu.
We will be discussing food, culture, justice, and healing.

We covered it all- evidence based healthy diets, social determinants of health, food and nutrition insecurity, motivational interviewing, behavior change, community resources, and of course, making healthy food taste delicious!
