Spices and a Flavorful Approach to Good Health

After the trip of a lifetime to India, I’m back and ready to share my passion for #culinarymedicine. Freshly inspired by all the #spices, #legumes and #wholegrains, I’m extra excited to talk about my Flavorful Approach to Good Health. If you’re in San Francisco, please join me in person a week from today in 3/8 at 5:30 PM at the Commonwealth Club. Outside the Bay Area? Virtual tickets are also available.

I’ll be talking about how to choose and design the best eating plan for your personal health, and how to make it delicious, of course! My talk will be followed by what I hope will be a lively Q+A. I’ll also be signing copies of #SpiceboxKitchen.

    I would LOVE to participate in this amazing event, but March 8th is International Women’s Day, and my organization has a day filled with meaningful celebrations that continue into the evening. Will this be recorded? I would gladly pay for a ticket if I could watch a recorded version later. Or perhaps there will be another Bay Area presentation?
