Is your Thanksgiving planning gearing up?

As the holidays near and many people are planning to spend more time in the kitchen, it’s a good time to address several commonly asked questions related to cooking and food. In my years of doing cooking demos and teaching classes, I’ve heard so many questions related to nutrition, and also to cooking equipment.

Example:

For answers to this and more, head over to my Q & A over on Food for Health, where you’ll be able to submit new questions, too.  (You can also find many of my and others’ recipes over there.) And watch this space for some Thanksgiving recipes, coming soon!
