Figs and Goat Cheese

As simple and as perfect as you can get for a summery Mediterranean appetizer.
Fresh figs
Goat cheese
Water crackers or other crackers or toasts
1.  Slice figs.
2.  Slice or spread goat cheese onto crackers.
3.  Place figs slices on top of cheese.
4.  Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
