It’s been a week and a half since Spicebox Kitchen was released and I love all the photos people have been sharing with me of what they have cooked from it! This is what a cookbook is for- to cook the recipes, eat and enjoy them! And for a cooking teacher, the proof is in the pudding. It’s also interesting to see which recipes catch people’s eyes, since I love all 175(!) of them. Thank you to all of you who have purchased a copy of Spicebox Kitchen so far! I hope you enjoy it. Please keep posting or sending me photos! I truly love to see what you’re cooking! And if you’re so inclined, please leave me a glowing review on Amazon so more people can discover it.
If you haven’t gotten your copy yet, you can get *signed* copies at Omnivore Books (https://omnivorebooks.myshopify.com/…/pre-order-linda…) or at Book Larder: A Community Cookbook Store (https://www.booklarder.com/…/spicebox-kitchen-eat-well…) and regular copies anywhere books are sold.
Spicebox Kitchen starts with a primer on healthy cooking, including how to stock your pantry and kitchen, knife skills, and guides to what I consider to be the healthiest ingredients and all about spices. Then there are four recipe sections, taking you on a tour of California, Asia, the Mediterranean and Middle East, and Trinidad. Learn more at bit.ly/SpiceboxKitchen and read, watch or listen to reviews and interviews at https://linktr.ee/spiceboxtravels (which I’ll keep updating).
Happy cooking!
(PS Feel free to tag yourselves in your photos if you’d like!)

Hi Linda,
You look as wonderful as ever. You are so busy with your work and your cooking.
We are doing well. Keeping busy and healthy. Enjoy all of your emails related to food.
You make me hungry. Phil
Thank you! Please check out the book (available from the library, too!). Hope you’re both well!
